In consultation with Dr William Webb Martin Sweeny Podiatry has treated such sporting celebrities as the The Australian Rowing Teams, Sydney Kings Basketball Team, Parramatta Rugby League Team, Westfield Sports High School and many other profile sports teams.

Martin Sweeney was also a senior lecturer at the Sydney Podiatry College. He was also appointed as a director of the Podiatry Association (NSW) between 1985-1986.
